Deepcool Gamerstorm, building on the achievements of its previous AIO liquid coolers, today launches a brand new CPU liquid cooling line that comes in 240 mm and 280 mm sizes - the CASTLE 240/280RGB. The CASTLE 240/280RGB featured, brand-new water-block comes with double window panes and an immersive ambient lighting design which provides a perfect display of aesthetic illumination. Furthermore, its 16.7M true color lighting system comes in 5 built-in effects (dynamic, static, breathing, comet, and fashion collision) and with 36 interchangeable lighting modes. The synchronized RGB lighting system of water blocks and fans can be easily controlled by a wired controller (included) or the addressable RGB function via the motherboard.

Castle 240 RGB and 280 RGB Liquid Coolers come with the latest 120 mm RGB case fans, which provide a flowing lighting effect, designed for builders with addressable RGB-enabled PCs to match your system's style perfectly. Meanwhile, exhaustive damping technologies successfully minimize noise while maximizing airflow. Equipped with an ultra-large, pure copper CPU block and optimized E-shaped micro water channel, CASTLE 240/280RGB effectively enhance heat circulation, hence meeting users' needs for high performance and aesthetics. The Castle RGB series seamlessly supports the TR4/AM4 and mainstream Intel & AMD socket types. Both coolers will be available in July 2018.

Pricing:

CASTLE 240RGB:
  • $109.99 USD/€129.99 EUR (VAT included)/ £109.99GBP (VAT included)

CASTLE 280RGB:
  • $129.99 USD/€149.99 EUR (VAT included)/ £129.99GBP (VAT included)

horrible cpu waterblock

I wonder how that fact didn't make the press release...

Watch: "Although it's a bit tall, I don't mind the simple aesthetics and design of that CPU waterblock. Looks like it's copper, so it should have decent performance. I'll be interested to see the reviews when this cooler is released to find out how good or bad it performs."

I mean, if you're going to spew nonsense, at least give some reasoning to back it up so it can encourage discussion.

Looks pretty nice, but at least I've already moved on from these closed loop liquid coolers.

Can you explain "horrible" a bit better? To be fair, you didn't mention anything related to....anything.
