Defender throws up this file for evaluation

Running Win 11 24H2 4351. Every time I start NV Cleanstall Ver 1.19 defender shows this message. Ver 1.18 Doesn't

This message reappears eveytime I reboot even if I've sent the file. Any idea on how to fix this?

That is windows related. You can ask microsoft to fix their software and to not ask several times for file submissions.

I've seen Avast do the same (recurrent asking for file submission).
