dell inspiron 7537 'shift and windows key' not working

hi guys wish you all a great new year.

im facing a very annoying issue with my laptop, some keys are not working, the left shit and the windows key i just don't know whats happening.

can someone please help mw with that.

it looks like bad keys, btw does the key straight?
what about warranty?

i noticed one thing now, the windows key works when fn is pressed and now im more confused.
