DELL M6600 -Quadro 3000M card memory bandwidth decreased by 50%

Hello.

I have a Dell M6600 Laptop with two graphics cards, one is the integrated Intel HD 3000 and the other is the nVidia Quadro 3000M dedicated graphics card. And there is a problem with the Quadro 3000M card with GPU data display - "Memory Bandwidth" 40.1 [GB / s] shows 50% lower. And it should be 80 [GB / s] this is what GPU says with info. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/quadro-3000m.c1429. What could be the problem of such an understatement? the screen shot shows the memory clock @313Mhz / half speed of the default clock @625Mhz
answer: the memory is clocked lower
Things to try:
reinstall the drivers and set control panel to use Prefer maximum performance
plug in a power brick and adjust windows power saving feature

Thanks for the answers, but i tried and that's not it It turned out that MSI Afterburner is to blame for such a condition 50%, and the conclusion is the "Memory Clock (MHz)" slider, look. It's ok now.
