Well here you go guys. Got my Delta EFB1212VH-F00 fans and installed them on my Swiftech rad with some shrouds. I sacrificed a couple of old Antec Tri-Cools and cut the guts out to make these. These Deltas really rock. I am running them at 2200RPM using some Zalman fan controllers and the noise is a pleasing hum. At the full 3000 rpm I find them too loud for my tastes. They also look really cool with the 3 blade design. Don't get to see that much since this runs 24/7 ;)

So here are my results:

1200 RPM Max core 57C Prime95 small FFT's

2200 RPM Max core 52C Prime95 small FFT's

3000 RPM Max core 51C Prime95 small FFT's

I was hitting over 60C with the original Swiftech fans at 60%. And these Deltas have a more pleasing sound. Kind of a powerful hum rather than an annoying whine

Highly recommended for anyone with a WC setup.

i have a thing for crazy hardware ;)

367 cfm? It would probably suck my computer back onto the drywall and never let go

But I imagine that you could run some 140mm on low speed and get some nice acoustic results while maintaining the cooling.

I was impressed with the build quality of the Deltas as well. They have a nice "heft" to them and even the clip that holds the rotor on looks heavy duty.

I work in the telecom industry and a lot of our systems use Delta, Pabst, or EBM fans. Of course we are designing systems for extended lifetime well beyond what a PC lasts for. These brands are better known in the commerical side of things. A different market than the PC industry which is driven by low cost.

The delta fan's are pretty sweet! I loved when I had mine blowing into my air system... After listening to that for a month, I went water

As much as I liked the fans, I don't think I'll ever buy them again!

But, thanks for the link for everyone! :toast:
