Die Charts/Layouts

Greetings to everyone,

At one point in time, it was easy to find a 2D layout of any particular die. It would show where the cores were, the I/O lanes, etc. Sometimes it would even list the mm offsets from the outermost perimeter. This would be awesome information for me, because I would like to create my own copper block cooling plate for the some of the newer chips that will get REALLY HOT once they are overclocked.

Does anyone have a die layout for the Intel i9-9900KS and the AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 3700? If not, you do you know where I could find them?

Alas, using Google spawns links with pages that go infinitely into the past, and wading through the images has become a Labor of Hercules for me.

Thanks in advance.

The 9900KS is the same as 9900K, just search for 9900K and you will find it.

WikiChip is usually the best place to start.
