Ok I got it how to take the shot, now how do I upload it to a thread with out it ending up as a thumb nail? What I've done so far is to Manage Attachments, but i'ts not giving the results I want. (installed TPU CApture last night, is there a link to some how to's for it)

As you can see, there's a little button right next to the title called "image upload". After you've saved your screenshot, click "browse", find it, click "upload", then copy-paste the code into your post. It's easy :).

I do get the upload option in the reply to thread, as you've shown, but not in the Start a New Thread.
 
So use the upload function of a post-reply, copy the link, and then put the link in your new thread :).
 
I use http://photobucket.com/ you need to save it then upload it to photobucket and copy the URL Link and put it in the look at pic and it wold come out like below cuz that what you want right ?

Use TPU image hosting, and once you have the image uploaded, it will give you a thread form of it.

IE: {img}http://www.techpowerup.org/xxxxx/image.jpg{/img} (except '{' will be a '[' )

Paste that into the thread and you're done.
