Hi Everyone. First post (mostly registered to ask help)

I have a Thinkpad T60 with a Mobility Radeon x1300 card which i want to Bios overclock (ok, RBE won't support old cards anyways but I can use RaBiT). I can software overclock the card with ATI tray tools, but it isn't ever stable (default clocks 392/325 and going up to x1400 speed, which is 432/396, is unstable. Basically the driver crashes after using the built in 3d renderer in ATT). Also, no other tools can overclock it either (I tried ATI tools and Powerstrip)

The problem here is that I cannot extract the bios from the card. ATI tray tools says its unsupported, gpu-z is also unsupported, winflash causes the card to show artifacts on the screen and then crashes, and atiflash shows no rom (exactly like here http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=87778&page=2).

I could try RBE' alternative Rom extraction (which i will have to reformat my drive to 32bit), but I realized that I probably can't get the rom to flash after editing the bios, due to atiflash already saying that it has no rom. According to http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=87778&page=2, the video rom is in the main rom, which leads me to think that I can probably upgrade the video's rom by re updating the main rom. So I start looking for the rom from http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-63027. I extract the rom into individual modules (using http://www.endeer.cz/bios.tools/ phnxdeco-experimental to be exact) and after trial and error I get 5 different ati roms which works with RaBiT. But none of the roms match my exact card (PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_7149&SUBSYS_200517AA)???????? The closest one, which according to RaBiT had Device id 7145 and subsystem id 2006, which would be equivalent to PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_7145&SUBSYS_200617AA... Its possible that RaBiT is wrong because I am sure the graphics card has been updated at least once (according to CCC BIOS Version BIOS Part Number BK-ATI VER009. BIOS Date 2007/06/05 which is after I got the computer, in Dec 2006). SO WHERE IS THE GRAPHICS BIOS???? Can anyone help? Or is there any other way to get the card to flash/have stable software overclock (note I'm using Enzyme 1.1 Legacy drivers by Killersneak over at Cell-Systems.net which are modded drivers)? Thanks!
