It says it's a full version but after downloading the installer, in the bottom left corner while the game is playing it has like a countdown running and it says five minutes until activation expires or something like that. Personally I don't have the patience for that kind of crap so I just uninstalled it and walked away

It mentions purchasing a key multiple times after you launch the game , but i have no time for that "free" bull

I had this game for free from ATI with a GPU long ago, but then GFWL got involved now its junk cant play it. smmh free my azz!!!!

OK so I am home now and downloaded it and just did 2 races. It is free once you get past some of BS ads and the activation timer(set up the game for 1st race ate up 3 minutes of 5). The count down timer is for activation. Once timer expires the game is your free. The options to buy are for steam keys if you want to add it to your steam library. I will run a few more races tonight and over the weekend to see if it really is free. I think I have a dirt3 key somewhere from xfx. My apologies to anyone who was offended or got cheesed over it, I saw a free game and thought of passing it along. so far for me it is free and working, time will tell.
