As the title says, as of (At least) Nvidia driver 516.40, the "Disable HDCP" option does not work for me anymore. I ensured I selected it, installed the new driver (After a DDU uninstall for good measure), and Nvidia Control panel still says HDCP is HDCP-Capable, even after a restart. Not sure why it no longer works, or if it's fixable for newer drivers but I thought I'd mention it.

HDCP-Capable

? does HDCP-Capable even mean its enabled? I havent really checked. AFAIK there was some turtle picture in the CP that told you.

It would say something like "HDCP is not supported on this device" or something like that, if it were disabled. HDCP-Capable is a good way to tell if it's enabled because of that.

Update: It seems to have been disabled properly with the absolute latest driver... Weird.
