On a hard drive there are 180GB/500GB used but when i select all the folders/files(with hidden folders) they amount to 67GB. I disabled hybernate, system restore, manual set size for swap file. Run chkdsk , defragmented the drive. What else could eat about 100GB of disk space ?
Thank you.

Try http://privazer.com/

will clean up any junk and allows you to delete any hidden system restores

Guess it still be system restore, maybe it doesn't delete the system images even if you disable it.

Try treesize, it scans your drive and tells you where the largest directories/files are.

Will try the above and see what are the results, thanks.

So the problem was SyncCenter and its offline files.
With TreeScan i found out that a folder in Windows/CRC had about 109GB could not delete it so i did the following reenabled SyncCenter than deleted the offline files > restart and i have more free space :)
Thank you all.
