Display Driver stop responding.

Awful desktop and your display driver crashed during stress test, that's all i can tell from screenshot. Get some details about crash from Event Viever, show GPU temps during stress test (use GPU-Z). Also you could try a bit older driver, as good few people were complaining about the new ones. When this started happening? Windows/driver updates/cleaning PC/changing PSU/etc?

the only time I've had the driver crash on my 1080 is when I boost it over 2k and don't bump voltages. if you're at stock running a stress test and its crashing i'd think something wasn't right with the card.

The issue seems to be gone, Power options, PCI Express, Link state power management, it was set moderate power saving, now is off.

I thought that the problem was because my GPU base clock is 1721MHz and 1860MHz Boost Clock but for some reason Card's Boost is 1962MHz

the boost numbers are weird.
with my stock 1607 ( not FE) board it will regularly boost to 1860 without messing with settings ( and holds that speed)
at 1645 it boosts to 1911. ( which is where folding stabilized, it doesn't like it much faster than that on my 1080)
if you bump your power target up some it should boost higher than that.
on both my 1060 and 1080 I can keep them stable at 2025 ( for gaming/stress testing) without messing with power settings.

When running Aida stability test it Boots as i have mentioned before 1962MHz but in games it boosts 1987MHz and holds that speed.

its one of three things:

1. You're triggering a software bug in the driver. If so, this would be reproduceable consistently.
2. Your video card is failing (overheating, broken fan, etc)
3. Your system as a whole (CPU/RAM) is slightly unstable, and the driver is crashing before the OS/system does.

I haven't had to bother on my 1080. even at 2100 with 110% power target it stays around 65C. its only when I put a second card in the machine that it runs up to 80 and stays stable there. hard to get enough airflow for 2 of them in my case.

I have uninstall the driver in safe mode and reinstall it.

It's not overheating because max temperatures are 60c and fan are working properly.

Your system as a whole (CPU/RAM) is slightly unstable, and the driver is crashing before the OS/system does.

Ram has been test it and it's stable, CPU have been test it and it's stable.

I don't have temperatures issues.

Btw, i have posted a fix.
