I know this has been asked a lot lately and after doing some heavy contemplating/researching I still can't decide.... IF I do I would just need to purchase a new SB CPU/Mobo as I have 8GB G Skill RAM sitting here.
Just want some new hardware to play with for now
Also I'm currently running my unlocked HD6950's @16x 8x I know I would have to run them @8x 8x the difference in real world gaming is minimal if not existing.
Or... I may have the opportunity to purchase an i7 970 at a real decent price, my buddy's work mate will be selling it to fund a new build.
What would you do?
