Do we still get the security updates when we do NVCleanInstall Driver and Physx only?

So the new Nvidia drivers today for example, come with new security updates. If I use NVCleanInstall to only do the driver and Physx, will I get the security update as well, or is that built into a different part of the Nvidia optional?

Sorry if this has already been asked, to sleepy to stare at my monitor anymore.
