Do you prefer creating a Hero or Heroine?

So I've been playing Oblivion lately which I've pre-ordered back in highschool and suddenly became interested in how people play these types of rpg games... eg. Fallout, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Vampire Bloodlines etc. etc.

I for one like creating a Heroine since I like to play these games in a third person perspective. I enjoy watching a Heroine with an attractive personality who is also easy on the eyes but not so easy as opposed to a masculine hero unless of course I decide to play in first person /flex.

I thought it was illegal to create narcotic substances?

For me it usually depends on the game. Sometimes I make a male character and sometime a female, based on the game's background story or the gameplay or the equipment.

Playing a female hero makes me feel so gay for some reason. I mean in online games like WOW or such, specially when interacting with other people. I also feel the same about other male dudes playing females on multiplayer...

I usually play a Hero first, but I always go with variety after the first playthrough anyway.

To elaborate, I've already made significant "background information" behind my primary hero, especially when playing games in the Forgotten Realms setting.

I also have some experience in RPing in forums, so there's a blueprint already for my "usual" character.

In Fallout 3 and New Vegas, I generally stay true to the titles "Last, Best Hope of Humanity" and "Messiah", although in Fallout 2 I've sold my wife to slavery already. LOL

In all seriousness, who cares? I pick the character who looks the funniest or coolest, in that order. I did really enjoy playing as that hot chick in MGS2:SoL. Also I don't play MMORPGs.

I loved first Tomb Riders, Drakan, Blood Rayne, from The Longest Journey, and also I like to play again with female characters in games like Mass Effect 1+2 or Dragon Age, because of slightly different dialogs and stuff.

But not on MMOs...
