its just their forums. they ban people who ask questions - IP bans so you cant even get back onto the website.

AMD doesn't really do graphics support any more, and has left that up to the resellers. It's one area that they vastly need to improve upon, as well as getting some real Admins on the "game" website, and maybe a new web programmer.
It's a bone of contention for me, too.
