For a bit of context, I am trying to get this older system to run Windows 10. I am getting the error that my CPU does not support compare exchange 128 and it cannot install. I am on Windows 7 64 bit trying to upgrade to Windows 10 64 bit.
I have read this may be because of a bios setting or older bios version. Is there a setting I need to enable or does this CPU just not support this feature?
I thought this CPU supported all the requirements for Windows 10.
