I would love to own all these high-end computer hardware, but I don't have any use for them at all (none that an entry level PC can't do). I don't even play video games anymore :wtf:

does that sound familiar to anyone else?

for the same reason we'd all like to fly a fighter jet or drive a race car :)

I want a dual 7970 setup... but in reality all i really need is an i5 and an hd 6870 with 8gb ram haha. (if i could afford it)

that and all the awesome stuffs posted on TPU is pretty tempting

Yep, TPU gives you GAS. (Gear aquisition syndrome). Now I'm considering buying a 7970 or 6990 because of this site. Damn you TPU!!!!!

Seriously though I do use my 2500k and 6950 to 110% of their potential, even at 4.7ghz I'm now punching myself I got a 2500k over a 2600k because I could reeeeeeealy use the extra threads. :roll:

i had some of the most high end stuff available for a while... all i did was benchmark and play each game once through. other than that my machine folded for a while but thats it.
