I was in the beta, but didn't play much as it seemed pretty bugged at the time. Probably fairly fun at the moment, though.

I just brought this up to the fellas and teamspeak, and the consensus is the game is shit, havent played it myself, but that is from guys who like BF BC2

Oh I have been playing it for the last 30min and it seems good to me. Not buggy or anything lol.

It seems like your friends are like mines........very hasty judgements.

Actually this is a modified BF2, it have a finally-working-hitbox, it's free, the graphics are not that bad considering you need a browser to run it.

I'm at level 13 right now, so far nothing beats playing on Oman and bombing the sh!t out of the enemy base

The only thing I hope I can see in the final version is a servers browser, since I'm in the other half of the planet I tend to end up in laggy servers.

This game should keep me busy for some time but again I'll probably won't bother with it once BF3 is out.

The bottom line is, give the game a chance and enjoy it's advantages over BF2.

You might not have been able to because you didn't refresh the page. After you post, it redirects you, but there's no edit button. You have to refresh the page before you can edit.

i played the beta, felt it sucked compared to bf2, but was new so i gave it a chance. then they added gulf of oman map, and my bf2 4 free never worked after that (tried uninstall reinstall, nothing). havent tried it lately, but was far too buggy/shitty for me to even waste my time with it. i actually played the crysis2 mp demo alot more than i did, that game, and i play hours of regular bf2 everyday. almost a 3 star! o and btw the crysis 2 demo was fun, but fuck the hit detection was terrible, that game had potential, but they totally dumbed it down for consoles, sorry for ranting off topic, my bad.

edit: and i also tried it in firefox and ie, niether worked, just stopped working one day.

Played a few levels -it's not too bad. For a free game, it's actually pretty good. I might play it one or two more times, but Bad Company 2 is an infinitely better game -to me at least.

i was in the beta also. it seems like a cut down version of retail BF2, the textures lacked detail and they've streamlined the interface, little things to what one is used to in the retail version is jarringly absent in this version. however it's "free" to play and works in a browser.
