Welcome to TPU!

I don’t have your answer, but wanted to tell you that even among the same manufacturer and model, the same brand of memory is not always used throughout the GPU’s life. It depends on availability.

Your best option would be to open the card up and look. Asking which memory Can be like asking what the weather is like tomorrow.....it isnt as easy as 'memory type A goes with GPU type B'. Sadly, the best a person can do if offer a couple possible types it may have, of which your either stuck guessing, or looking at the particular card. If your not in possesion of the GPU, and need to know for a modification, etc, your only choice is to guess , atleast your chances of being right wont be TOO small. but i dont advocate taking chances with something that may cause damage (if it is one of those situations)
