Download speed on the new nvidia driver is very very very low

Started at 50 MB/S - now it's 130kb/s and still going on the low side.

Anything that I should do on this?

not sure where you look and see other servers, when I click on next, goes on "check what you want to install" and then, goes on "downloading"

When you click download a page pops up with download options for different countries.

Then I think you can browse to the new driver locally in NVCleanstall.

So what I think happened is that your local Cloudflare server didn't have today's new driver release yet, so they had to copy it onto their own server first.

Cloudflare is a content-delivery-network that we use for NVCleanstall files. They have servers in Bucharest, so once the files are there, they should be very fast to download.

Download with IDM from the official Nvidia site, that's how I do it.
