SOLVED: Turns out one of the portals(second) was visually bugged into wall. From the communications you hacked, turn left and run down the path and into a small set of ruins. The portal is against a flat wall on the near side, but may be IN the wall. Fortunately it's still accessible.

I've finally got some time to get back into this gem of a title, however am stuck on a mission "Noctis Labyrinthus"

My Mission details menu lists this as Current Chapter Solo: 11 Coop: 1

I have tried to find some text walk-throughs, no luck
I've watched plenty of video walk-throughs, both single player and cooperative. Unfortunately all of them stop several missions before my current one, or on the one just before Noctis.

If anyone remembers or knows anything about this chapter, please advise, and also some visibility on how many more chapters there are, and just some general break down of the missions(and side missions if there's a list).

About the best I could muster on info was from checking the maps folder of the game, which do match up with the levels I've finished already.
If I am correct, any map file starting "CM" is a solo mission.

CM Dreams - this is from early on ?
CM Forgotton - finished it
CM Monolith - finished it
CM New Eden -finished it
CM Noctis - current mission
CM Purge - do not recognize this one
CM Sheep - finished it

Can you describe the map and what you did up to the point you got stuck?

It's a brown tone map, rocky Mars like planet where you start beside your ship and mobile armory. Going forward a bit leads to a temple like structure that has a stairway down.
There was a couple of sentry units, another armory payload and an interactive hacking module named Scrabway that asked me to get close to other portals so he can hack them.
Next to him were several portals, with only one *first closest to left* being active.
I went through it to the otherside, had to take down three humanoid rebel type mobs and nearby whas a federal communications device which I hacked (as per the floating objectives on my screen at the time).

From there I could either teleport back or run back to the original temple. It seems the place I landed is on a far side of the map, meaning no other avenues to pursue. I have to head back in the direction of the temple. I tried on foot to see if anything is in between and nothing but a mountain and ruins with a few enemies patrolling.

On the screen, I have objectives to Investigate three points, all of which are beyond the mountain wall behind where my ship landed.

I have yet to find a way to reach them.

My Mission and Objectives reads :
Eliminate - Eliminate colonel Iahel
Investigate - Look for evidences or elements to find the underground access.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I was able to run around the far side and get nearish the objectives but no portals activated up until then which causes a blockage.

SOLVED: Turns out one of the portals was bugged into the wall and I ran right past it.

Oh, yeah, I think you're literally on the Mars level...

Here's the basic layout of the map since you already got your immediate issue solved:

Red Dots are where Deus Ex Machina spawn (and frequently, I recommend using the big sniper rifle on them).

Iahel is close to the "Temple" I marked. I think "evidence" is in the "Federal Base."

You can get into the underground area either from the giant chasm or by hacking in the door in the Temple (it is a difficult hack). The Temple way in is one-way (in but not out).

Thanks.

Additionally, any idea what the undead under the temple are for? And also the archway at the end of the long path?

I have finished the game now, appreciate the information.
