Do you have HL2? If so, then you can run the video stress test on Counter Strike Source or Lost Coast. You can run the test on FEAR as well.... STALKER and BF2 have stress tests (through a console command or something) but I've never run them.
Another question is....do you have bittorrent

Okay heres FEAR and lost cost settings are in the pics

CPU 3.2GHz MEM 1200Mhz 5-5-5-15 GPU 675/972

Also in FEAR the CPU/GPU was MAX setting but changed to 1280X1024 res.

I've got the P5K and a E6420, Im running at 450 FSB, Rated FSB 1600 MHz. Not very stable right now.

you should be able to run at 450fsb without any problems.
i`ve done a 517fsb (pi 32m stable) on my P5K deluxe with 1.4Vmch.
you give 1.25?
