We dont have a section for headphones/earphones.

What is some of the best earphones/headphones you can get?

i can get Sennheiser IE8 Earphones for $230, or the Sennheiser IE6 Earphones for $130. i cant get the IE7's though.

Would you recommend some shure, or even the bose?

Sennheiser make very good headphones but arent too well known for their earphones. I would definately check out the ultimate ears range namely the super fi 5 pros or triple 10 pros. Bose are quite overrated, I wouldnt recommend them.
Shure are also good, so its really out of the ultimate ears or their shure equivalents.
all the best,

Shure. I have the E2Cs, the lowest end ones, and they are godly. Sound quality is great, music sounds crisp and clear, and it took on a whole new definition. I heard little nuances in my music that I had never heard before. The sound isolation is great too. I use them every day on the bus and can't hear a thing.

QFT. I've been using the Shure e2c earphones for several years and am very pleased with the sounds quality and background noise minimization. Great earphones!

Are you only looking for earphones, and not headphones?

Ideally, with all things audio you would like to actually hear the options before buying.
Sound does have a subjective side to it.

Oh lol I didn't even notice you were the OP. What do you mean earphones instead of headphones? The Shures are earphones. Headphones are the big ones that go over your head and cup both ears. And just wondering, when you fitted them, did you wrap them around your ear before you put them in the ear canal? That's how they're meant to be worn.
