With the A770M-A ECS recently released their first motherboard based on the AMD RX780 chipset which has full support for AM2+ and the Phenom processors. The ECS A770M-A costs less than $70 making it the cheapest offering on the AM2+ market. Even though the price is low ECS has included features like Gigabit Ethernet, 8 channel audio and eSata connectivity.

it got last place in almost every performance test :shadedshu and for some reason i doubt this actually had anything to do with it being ECS!

if you are on a tight budget and dont run many games you probably wont notice the few percent. you may notice the difference between "can afford pc" and "can not afford pc" though :)

At least your an honest Reviewer Wizzard, by that I mean they didn't give you any extra money or anything like that to make there board seem better.;)

I always have this suspension that reviewers are given an extra bit of cash to be... a little more lenient.

Great job Wizzard, very much apprciated.

dosen;t seem bad to me for 70 bucks, i mean it like a frame or 2 away from the other motherboards on the charts and can be used for quad processing as well. a few people on newegg are using this board and phemons too.
