EDP OTHER Yellow Issues

Hi, since 2 weeks, i have a problem with my computer.
I use Trottlestop. When i boot my computer , in the limit of throttlestop i have CORE - EDP OTHER and RING - EDP OTHER in yellow but not red ou light red.
If i play to video games , i play 1m and my FPS shutdown to 30.
If i restart my computer, EDP OTHER disappears on my limit and i can play normally.

MY PL1 and PL2 was Good. My PP0 Current Limit is 100.

CPU CORE & CPU CACHE : - 0.125
IGG MAX CORE : - 255

What is this problem ? Thank You !

What computer do you have? What CPU? Can you post some pictures of ThrottleStop?

Turn on the ThrottleStop Log File option and go play a game for 15 minutes. When finished, exit the game and then exit ThrottleStop. Look in the ThrottleStop / Logs folder for your log file. Attach this log file to your next message so I can see the throttling problem that you are having.
