as for a reason, think of it this way: at least they can ban 'members' who ddos them by spamming download links, with public links they cant.

I went to buy Hearthfire DLC because I kinda ignored it and didn't know anything about it.
Turns out I bought Hearthfire months ago when it first came out and was on sale. Have I been missing out all this time? Or is building your own house just as tedious as getting lvl 100 Blacksmithing?

I've been playing alot lately. even tho I have several hundred hours in it, i'm finding alot of stuff this playthrough I've never done before.

Also, I think its a bug; but I got attacked by a herd of spriggans and now i'm glowing. It wont go away...

That just means your character has reached enlightenment and is now infused with holy powers.

I've never got that last part. So many mods for that out there it's crazy, if I wanted porn I'd just open up chrome and search. I enjoy my games for gaming, lol.

I'd recommend not going over 2K though, for stability's sake.

The game engine is too dated to deal with high resolution textures.

there are 4k and 8k textures if you know where to look but its a wash.

If using any Ugrid to load settings stick with 2k texture sizes. get the Distant Terrain texture fixes run a higher Ugrid size and get the dat grass mod. then things will look better.

Dat Grass
Skyrim HD pack that I have customized some textures range from 512 up to 8k depending on importance
Ugrid and other ini tweaks
grass distance set to 14k via ini
ENB (tends to function better with Nvidia GPUs but works on AMD as well just miss some extra features)
those make the world look far better

everything else is just flavor for the individual.
