Elgato, the leading provider of hardware and software for content creators, today announced the launch of two new additions to its award-winning portfolio of broadcast controllers: Stream Deck XL and Stream Deck Mobile. From the 32-key Stream Deck XL taking your productivity to new heights, to the convenience of Stream Deck Mobile delivering the full Stream Deck experience to iOS devices, the two new products offer an unprecedented range of options for both professional creators and beginners alike.

The new Stream Deck XL expands the celebrated Stream Deck to 32 brightly-lit LCD keys. Each key is fully programmable and customizable, offering one-touch tactile control with instant visual feedback. Stream Deck's robust software enables you to assign limitless actions to keys: start and stop streaming, adjust audio and lighting levels, switch cameras, trigger onscreen actions, or anything else to simplify and enhance the content creation experience. With a detachable USB-C cable and non-slip magnetic stand included, Stream Deck XL becomes the centerpiece of a modern content creator's setup.

Stream Deck Mobile puts the full power of Stream Deck in the palm of your hand. With 15 virtual keys on your iPhone's screen, Stream Deck Mobile enables the full functionality of Stream Deck, now with a wireless connection. The app pairs easily by scanning a QR code within the Stream Deck software, syncing with all the actions that you've set up on the desktop app. Stream Deck Mobile is free to try from the Apple App Store, with the full version available for $2.99/month or $24.99/year.

Both Stream Deck XL and Stream Deck Mobile leverage the powerful Stream Deck desktop software, which makes customization and everyday use a breeze. By simply dragging any number of actions onto keys, and personalizing them with icons, creators can easily harness direct integrations with popular apps such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Philips Hue, Nanoleaf and Spotify. One tap can instantly trigger single or multiple actions: start and stop streaming, adjust audio, tweak lighting, switch cameras, launch onscreen GIFs, post pre-composed tweets, or activate just about any software task, simplifying and enhancing the content creation workflow.

Elgato and its global community of passionate developers are continually adding new integrations thanks to Stream Deck SDK, creating infinite possibilities for the entire Stream Deck range and helping creators to evolve their content.

"The launch of Stream Deck XL and Stream Deck Mobile is a significant milestone for us as we continue to expand our flagship family of broadcast controllers," said Julian Fest, General Manager of Elgato. "Along with the original Stream Deck and Stream Deck Mini, these additions to the lineup allow us to cater to even more content creators, from seasoned professionals to those looking to get a brand-new channel off the ground."

Availability
Elgato Stream Deck XL is available immediately from the Elgato worldwide network of authorized retailers and distributors. Elgato Stream Deck Mobile is available immediately to try for free from the Apple App Store, with the full version available for $2.99/month or $24.99/year.

The mobile is a great concept, it seems like it's nicely executed except it's locked into the crApple ecosystem. Top that off with a monthly subscription for a one trick pony and hell to the NO! At least Office 365 has value adds for the monthly subscription. What kinda value add are you going to get with this? Price it at a one time $25-50 price tag then charge $5 every other year for a major update if you want to but $2-3 a month? With that pricing scheme they are leaving a lot of money on the table because someone else is going to make the same thing and price it properly. Let the copycatting commence!

I agree, but obviously they are not that worried right now about getting copied since they most probably rely on their desktop software that would also need copying too.
I would love to use it with my iPad though since it's not getting any use (save for the children) these days.

Still no back button...
Why can't they make a back button instead of wasting a button (with a screen) just to exit a folder?
The app version is a nice idea since StreamDecks are only a screen with plastic buttons on top of it. (Teardowns clearly show that the buttons don't have individual screens, it's just a big single screen)

Weird to limit it to apple when ~85% of the market chooses Android

Holy crap it's a basic tablet with custom software then. How skeezy is that, they sell a plastic overlay, basic stand and software on a $50 tablet for $250! Talk about mark-up, how very Apple of them.
