I have a Dolby Home theater application - it has a panel to enhance frequencies of all sorts. Do you enhance your frequencies for audio? If you do, which? For me the best sound hears when high+low are enhanced...

nearly flat EQ and no enhancements here, unless I'm playing games. Got picky (more picky) after getting into headphones a few years back.

Flat works best for me, its a compromise of sorts for the variety of music I listen to. Sometimes I weaken the bass ever so slightly to compensate for my bass heavy earphones/speakers.

Completely flat on my setup as well. It depends on your hardware though. When I had my a700 I had to bump up the low and mid frequencies quite a bit.

Totally flat, if I wanted to hear differently, I just switch headphones.
