what option has the epp?

usually ram..

I don`t want overclock my system but I supose that was made by bios upgrade. How can I configure it in that case?

In my bios, there`s an info:
1st option (enable/disable)

EPP mode: Improve memory performance if EPP DRAM existed

2nd option (by bios/ by EPP settings)

EPP voltage control: set DRAM voltage by EPP settings

that means it will set the optimal(faster) voltage and speed of your ram if your ram supports epp.

the a-data you have probrobly support it try setting them to enable (unless your overclocking them)

no risk really long as your have decent airflow, it will make your computer run faster potentially or more efficient
