I'm not sure what you are talking about. Is this in GPU-Z ?

Edit: somehow I thought this was a private message, and only now realized you posted this in the MemTest64 forum, sorry about that.

Oh .. the error indicates that your memory is unstable. Try it again, do you see the error at the same address or a different address?

Same address = probably defective memory module
Different address = possibly too high memory clock set in BIOS, or too aggressive timings, or defective memory module.
