Ethernet Lan Connection Help

I'm currently running Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 1809 OS on the Gigabyte Z270x Gaming K7 motherboard. Since having problems with Killer E2500 program I have simple resulted to using just one of my ethernet adapters. I'm using the Intel adapter instead of the Killer E2500 adapter which I believe is a Realtek. I also disable the Killer Lan connection in my BIOS. So my question is by doing this will this degrade my performance or should I install the both Lan ethernet adapters software and disabled one or the other in the Device Manager?

No ir wont degrade performance, reference K1ller from the website or the motherboard website or check with realtek for a driver.

If I recall correctly K1ller was Atheros based.
