Using durable ABS plastics and top quality manufacturing technology, the 17.3" Scorpius weighs just 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs) and is less than 50 mm (1.9 inches) when closed, an astonishing feat of engineering considering the level of power under the hood. The EUROCOM Scorpius is a highly scalable, high performance mobile computer form factor that can be configured to meet several distinct high performance levels. Scorpius can be customized for multiple roles such as a) Mobile Workstation when equipped with high performance NVIDIA Quadro K5000M; b) Gaming Super-Notebook with Dual VGA running NVIDIA GTX 680M or AMD HD7970M in SLI and/or CrossFireX c) Professional High Performance Graphics Workstation; d) CUDA Development with 2688 CUDA processors.
The EUROCOM Scorpius has a variety of configuration levels created from supporting four different 3rd generation Intel Core i7 processors up to Extreme Edition, dual graphics processor cards support with 9 cards to choose, from NVIDIA GeForce, AMD Radeon and professional level NVIDIA Quadro options.
