I got That eVGA 9600 GT SSC Edition 512MB on 1975MHz mem clock, when i run GPU-Z it show 975MHz mem clock?!? wtf!?! plz!! thx?!

If the card isn't performing irregularly, that is probable, and if it isn't, you need to contact newegg about a replacement. PVT is probably right, the "1" is probably getting cut off.
