Check on www.newegg.com As far as actual stores you walk into, you'd have to find a quality computer store, and not too many of those exist. If you are on teh West Coast you could look for a Frys. Otherwise only online or in small spectality type shops.

I suppose some CompUSAs might have something like that. I did see a good BFG 650W the other day at one.

The cheapest 8800GTS costs 299$, and I would not reccomend getting a $40 power supply for a card like this. You will have to be willing to deal out at least $100 for a decent power supply.

Oh I just now got that you were asking for both, sorry. Thought you just wanted a PSU, yeah that would be near impossible to do.

if you have 350 and want nvidia i would get a 7900gsoc for about 190 depends where you get it...then a ocz gamexstream 700w psu
for 129 at tiger direct..you will still have money for tax and shipping. the 79gs oc is a fast card..also look for a 79gt..

If I were you, I rather get a better PSU than risking to fry all the hardware in my rig.

Thanks for the advices all i need 26A in 12V* my mistake

What do you sayings this will work
my system:
3000+ 939
Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-SLI
512X2 200MHz 2.5-3-3-8 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS)

Your CPU will be a huge bottleneck for that card, I suggest looking into a less powerful and cheaper card, so that you can select a decent power supply such as the OCZ GameXtream 600w. An Ati X1950 Pro would fit that system nicely. If you want a Dx10 card then I suggest to wait a little while until the 8600 Ultra shells out.

Don't buy anything from Tigerdirect, they have in my experince been terrible. The other two newegg items you listed would work fine.

Acoma is correct though, the rest of your system will be a bottleneck. I would suggest saving your money a bit, and perhaps upgrading your motherboard either to Core 2 Duo or AM2 and getting one of those procs. Or you can get the PSU and 8800, and still see some increase in performance video wise, and upgrade the rest of the system later.

Honestly, I would not get a 600Watt PSU that cost only $60...
I will be looking for a good one that cost around $70~75.

My 600W was 80AUD (like 60USD)

It runs perfectly, has 17 and 19A on the 2 rails

Although i hear you should "stay away" from ultra
