EVGA GTX 1660 Ti SC ULTRA Only Getting 57 Fps In Warzone. Help pls

So my GTX 1660 TI has been having really bad fps lately on warzone. Barely 57 FPS.
My specs are
GPU: 1660 TI
CPU: RYZEN 7 2700X
MOBO: Asus ROG Strix B450-F
PSU: 500W
RAM:HYPER X 24GB DDR4

If someone could help me out it would be good. I would also like to point out its 57 at ALL LOW SETTINGS. Something is wrong for sure and I would like to note that on my task manager I saw XM Miner Tool. I Think my cpu is being used to mine cryptocurrencies by someone. Can someone tell me how to remove this. When I startup my pc cmd pops up and flashes a lot then it goes away. Let me know if you know how to get this off my pc or if im screwed and I need a new CPU.

Download and run Malwarebytes and it should detect and remove any mining apps running.

I'm just going to say this so nobody has to ask and you don't do it again.

Check out the piracy subreddit and follow the guide. Mining software is a problem with some torrent clients.

Open up the task manager and click on the Startup tab to confirm its being started with windows.
