Ok not sure how many people are going to refer to this thread, but to address barbaricsoul's thread regarding our transaction:
1) Not once did we agree on any terms regarding anyone shipping first, rather than bring it up I simply waited an extra day (technically til monday as he shipped saturday) to be sure he shipped. I pointed this out after he complained frantically that I had "breached his trust"
2) When I resolved that, I went to ship Monday, whereupon I was forced to leave without shipping because he had given me the wrong zip code. I'm unable to ship on Tuesdays, so it went out Wednesday.
To barbaricsoul, chill out bud, people have busy lives and just because I'm staff doesn't mean I can be on all day to cater to your insecurities.
To others, My reputation should be enough to tell you that he was simply unreasonable about this.

Lastly I don't want this to cause any hard feelings, nor do I want any backlash so let's just leave it at this.

Heh, then how come you said in a PM on last thursday that you would be sending off the card on last friday?

That right there left me under the impression both of us were gonna send the cards at the sametime. You did say you would be sending the card last friday. Yeah, somehow I miss typed my zip code, and I have apologised for that, but then again, had you shipped(or tried to ship) on friday like you said you were gonna do, that issue would have been resolved then. And about not being able to ship on tuesday, you could have let me know that when we got the zip code straighten out. Again, lack of communication ON YOUR PART, not mine.

Look "bud", I know everyone has thier real lives, and everyone in thier eyes is "busy"(I do my 40 hours a week). That doesn't change the fact that every PM I sent you, when I sent it, the TPU forums showed you as online or online shorty there after, meaning you were on the site. If you think I was unreasonable for wanting to know where my 260 was and when it was gonna arrive after I sent off my $300 worth of cards to someone I have never met in real life, I'm sorry, but I feel I was totally justified in wanting to know what was going on, more lack of communication ON YOUR PART.

Had you been totally straight foward with your plans how and when you were gonna send the gtx260, I more than likely would have never gone for this trade, but you didnt. Instead you kept me un-informed as to your intentions. I found myself in a trade with conditions I never agreed to, because of your lack of communication. Acouple simple facts that you left out would have avoided this whole ordeal.

This is my last post about this matter I will post here on TPU(as long as you do the same). I don't mean or want to cause problems on TPU. I do really like this site. But I'm not gonna sit back and watch as someone calls me "unreasonable" and "frantic" when I wasn't.
