evga rtx 3070 ftw3 ultra OC bios

Where can I get the OC bios for the evga rtx 3070 ftw3 ultra. Seems like my card came with the normal bios on both button positions. Fans are off on both positions until it reaches 55C on idle.
For the OC bios the fans are supposed to be active on idle
I looked through the archives here and it does not says if its the OC or the normal bios.
