Experimental support for signature pictures added

XenForo doesn't support the sigpic functionality we had on vBulletin, so I wrote an addon for sigpics from scratch.

Give it a try, you can reach it via the signature editor.

Signature sizes are currently set to 640x120, 128 KB (this is open for discussion).

Test, play with it, try to break it, feedback.

If you ask "why", because external images in signatures, via the IMG tag will only be allowed for specific hosts (like dynamic battlefield signatures)

I guess you meant 640x140, 128 KB

because that's the maximum I could upload (check test signature below).

external signature host limits added (can use images in signatures only from specific hosts), only enforced for new signatures at the moment

don't use sigpic for stuff that automatically updates, like the freedc sig. sigpic uploads the file to our servers, so it will not update, unless you do it manually. you should use img for dynamic images.

you can't have animated avatars, well I think if you upload an animated one, the one on your profile page stays animated, while all the resized versions are non animated

I tried the [img*]blabla[/img*] (without the astrik) and it didn't show up. Am I forgetting something?
On the Free-DC page I don't see a code to copy and paste. Maybe I am missing something.

LOL, not sure, however I never re-sized the avatar. It was downloaded at that same size. Is that possibly the reason?

Use the URL to the pic you chose to be pasted in between IMG tags.
