After doing that, my PPD have been fluctuating by each frame, so I'm not sure what number you want. It's been as low as ~6900 and as high as ~8200. :ohwell:

Ah, thanks for the feedback. Perhaps it might be better to calculate it by the last 3 frames then.

Seems to be quite a difference in points depending on which project is being computed.I went up about 400 points with the new project

Yeah for $50 I would be seriously interested in getting a couple of those 9600GSO's just for folding.

ATI just ain't in the same league with these cards.

There ya go man! Sorry for the delay...the 9600GT was kind of underperforming, but the GTX260 was running great! I figured good enough...the GTX was around FTW clocks on GPU and 1200 on memory (666/1442 GPU). Nothing special, but I'm content!

Just recently installed the 180.10 betas, and it seems to have helpd out a little bit. I'm kinda bummed because I have no fan control in EVGA Precision with the new betas, but it reports my card as running at 57C @ 40% fan speed in comparison to the 177.83's 59C @ 75% fan speed just a couple hours ago...oh well!

C'mon folks, more people get info in here for infared, this could be a very useful thread to those curious of the folding performance of their GPU's!

not an add me as no ss but i was getting 6.1k ppd from my 88gts 512 @750/1950/1000 (was running unlinked as it was the max i could keep stable on air) earlier this year on the first wu with the second driver they released that would fold. 175.39 i think, not 100% tho but am 100% was 2nd beta.

Thanks for updating, I think this thread is very relevant and useful at this point so I strongly support it! My GTX is just chipping away at this point, those 180.10 drivers seemed to boost things somehow even tho I don't believe they come with an updated physx/cuda pack...

I'm all for seeing the table setup done, I think it'd be great man...looks clean, easy to read and understand for many, it's all good! Depends on if you want to put more into this thread or not, either way I support it!

I'm very happy too! Cost me $169.99 after $20 rebate. (in Canada). I bought 2 but unfortunately I can't SLI, because they are on a P5K (ASUS Crossfire board):shadedshu

The idea is only folding with them anyways... :rockout:

PS. My CPU is underclocked @1.6Ghz. And the "Excel spreadsheet" idea is great! :toast:

Folding@home client has an massive problem with CPU affinity, the GPU Usage is higher if you use BOINC at the Background and drive CPUs to 100%.

You can see it if you look at the ampere values of the card, they are jumping up and down by about 10 amperes. If you switch BOINC on, it jumps 10 Ampere higher and PPD is increasing.
The highest PPD was 2035, if I switch off Boinc, CPU usage goes down to 0-10% but also PPD goes down to 1800. Normaly it have to be upside down. Folding@Home GPU2 client is still not usable for benchmarking.
