Facebook Webcam pops up automatically?

So, I guess Facebook has this thing now where people can call your webcam and it will just automatically pop up... even if you're not even on Facebook. I guess it can happen even if you don't have a web browser open. Does anyone know how to stop this behavior?

It's not a serious solution.

In that vein: Use duct tape. It's better for masking sounds/screams or whatever you are hiding.

Well that's just it you don't know, company's like Logitech think about putting a light on a webcam when turned on but the mic is continuously listening. I don't use my main computer when surfing so no issue for me but yes some one sure could tap in to that with one knowing more so i bet now as Win10 is made to do that for MS's Cortana.

Some taps in to your WiFi and listens in and robs your house as they know when everyone's out HAHA.

I use paper with a penny in it so it hangs over when not in use

Just put mic as what you hear device as default communication device with some solid grindcore or brutal death metal.

I've recently noticed a glitch in Skype: every time I end the call and quit - my webcam turns on automatically (I need to open "camera" app or something that uses webcam to shut it off).
Maybe it is not Facebook, maybe it is Win10?
