Hello,i have this fake 1050ti i got of ebay (i didn't know it was fake till after i ordered i got a refund and i still got the gpu) i was wondering if you guy here can help me get the real bios for it i will put a gpu-z sc so that will help i hope you guys here can help me out

That's the one. The software and driver for it are in a couple places online. Look for "ch341a programmer". There's YouTube videos for lining up the clips. Post a bios dump when you have one, along with model number stamped on the cpu chip. Likely a gf106 or gf116 .
It's a gf106 I'm am working on getting the bios dump and I can also ordering the programer rn

Rename this from .txt to .rom to use it.
Turns out your bios was identical to one of the two cards I had, so here's the one I built to fix mine.
Changes from yours:
Reports as GTS 450
Reports 1GB
CPU/RAM clock changed from 600/700 to 725/850 (mine was unstable at 783/902)
You can try writing this with unlocked nvflash, but because it reports as the correct card, you may need that hardware flasher to write to it.
