It's a GT450 v2 Chip.

Best option is to refund the purchase, as its clearly not a 750ti (its ok, may happen to anyone). But if you are willing to tinker with it, i suggest that you extract (with gpuz) the og chinese vbios of this card and post it here. or just try to open it with nibitor (afaik that was vbios editing utility for fermi and below). It may be possible to fix the id and vram amount so you will be able at least use the card (vega 5 level of performance) without issues with standard nvidia drivers.
