The minimum specs is the same as the regular specs for Oblivion. So I guess the graphics did have a massive overhaul. As for censorship, the only change was a name change of morphine to med-x...

I cannot wait for this game!

yep I figured the requirements would be similar to Oblivion...yay :D

The only thing I didn't like hearing is that the main quest can be completed in a mere 75 minutes :( lol oh well, you can beat the main quest in Oblivion pretty quickly too, and you can "beat" Fallout 2 in a matter of minutes haha
