That or the guy I called is lying to me.
I purchased this SW under the pretense that based on the manual, it would offer QOS Bandwidth limiting.
The manual here clearly states that it can

However, upon accessing the SW site, I see no such options. Lots of options are missing in fact.
So I update the firmware, options still missing. So I call support and he tells me that the switch can't do those things, but I can make a request. WTF!?
So I ask him which SW can do those things, he says none! What is going on? One way or another Netgear is lying to me and wasting my time.

I'd love for this to be some sort of mistake but I fear it might not be, which sucks.
