Falshing: RAM-Question for Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro ultimate ed. 128 MB

Hi.

I own the Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro ultimate edition with 128 MB RAM.
While installing the watercooler today I caught a glimpse at the GPU and it is a R360. I heard that it is possible to flash to 9800xt if this is the case. I would like to do so, but with rediced speed just to get the extra features.

2 Questions:
1. Which RAMs do I have? I do not want to take of the passive coolers, but can see two letters peaking out beneath the coolers on the bottom left side of the RAM-chips: "...OUQ". --> see attachment
(it probably not DSamssung, since they have "made in korea" as the bottom line.

2. Which BIOS can I use, since there is no Sapphire XT-BIOS with 128 MB RAM.

If you need an Sapphire XT Bios, just PM me with your email address then i'll send you
one for hynix or samsung. For finding out what rams you have try dumping the bios
with atitool and then edit it with radedit. Just reply if you've further questions about this.

Have done as you told me. Dumped the BIOS and opened with radedit.

this is the BIOS is have:
R360 Hynix DDR 113-A07537-103 BIOS

It'S Hynix RAMs, but which ones 2.8? 3.3?? 2.5?

I don't really know. But it seems to make no huge difference.
Just try the same bios i've flashed to my card. I'm sure it will work fine.
