Fan speed adjustment

I haven't been around much lately and I didn't see anything relevant that I was looking for so I thought I might ask.
I have a Powercolor 280X and I would like to adjust the fan speed up intervals to be a little more aggressive. What is the latest best software for such a simple change. I know of the MSI Afterburner SAPPHIRE TriXX and maybe another one or two but wanted to know if there was a better option to do this and not have some bloated software I wont use but this one feature.

Sapphihe Trixx Hands down.. AB is to glitchy imho and have been using AB off and on for some time but it just flakes out with time.

Trixx you set the fan curve you want and check the load at windows and select start minimized and voila done.

Set it and forget it :roll:

yup you bet, on the overclocking part at the bottom just select 1-4 and click save and your good to go
