In my CM ATCS 840.

Is says in the info you need a speed controlable fan.

Is this true?
Are the fans in my CM case speed controlable fans?
Are all fans speed controllable?

I'm sooo confused... :wtf:

Yes fans are controllable by changing the voltage. The 3rd pin on the wire is for speed feedback to the mobo.

all fans are speed controllable. some just dont like it, and click/make funny noises.

Every scythe fan i've ever used has always clicked when on a fan controller.
