Far Cry Patch 1.3 + Ati + Hdr = ?

Anyone ever tried Far Cry's patch 1.3 on ATI X800 series card and see if the HDR works?

I'm just curious if the claims of some are true, that the X800 cards in Far Cry can actually run the HDR modes. Maybe they just lied.

It's a great game and the HDR pics I've seen are insanely nice!

Meh I dont notice any difference except everything seems darker and the light sources are way exaggerated. (This was when I had a 6800)

Did you set HDR at 7 ?

The graphics do look amazing with HDR. Have you looked at my link, the screenshots?

im pretty certain hdr worked when i ran my x800xl with farcry, imo it was crap though, made bright outdoor areas look dark and dark indoor areas stupidly dark.
