Seems like as of late, retailers are always out of RX480 cards. I've been waiting since launch to be able to nab a third-party Sapphire or ASUS, but they're in the same boat as well, "out of stock".
I've finally gotten to a point where I didn't care anymore whether it was an RX480 or GTX 1060. After checking the egg maybe 3 times daily for the past 7 days, I finally found an MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X in stock so I said why the heck not? I'll be a first-time Nvidia card owner and I personally can't wait.
2 seconds after I completed the purchase, it's now out of stock again. Huh? Are retailers keeping stocks of 1 of each of these new cards and then when they are sold out, they stock up by buying another? Makes no sense at all.
